Fees

Psychotherapy:

• Intake Assessment and Annual Assessment Update Sessions $250

• Individual Psychotherapy Session $200

• Couples Psychotherapy Session $200

• Late Cancellation and Missed Appointment Fees $50

Clinical and Organizational Consulting:

• 60 Minute Clinical Consulting Session $130

• For projects such as organizational consulting, program evaluations, workshops, or training events, my fee is determined according to your needs, the project size, and time commitment. I do not charge for a general, initial consultation about a project.

Payment is accepted in the form of credit/debit card, checks, cash, and PayPal. 

Using Your Insurance

I am an in-network provider with the following insurances:

• PacificSource

• Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield

• BridgeSpan Health

• Moda

• HMA

• TriWest

For other insurances, I charge patients the full fee and provide a statement called a superbill, which can be submitted to an insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to confirm that you have coverage for an out-of-network provider.

I believe that you should have a reasonable expectation for what your services will cost. Before I meet with you, I will contact an in-network insurance company to check your benefits. I then email you with information about your co-payment, deductible, and out-of-pocket maximum. From time to time, the information I receive is not fully accurate, which I learn when your insurance ultimately pays me. In the event of a difference, I will inform you as soon as I know.

No matter your insurance situation, I strongly recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm information about your coverage for in-network and out-of-network providers, such as your deductible, copay, and reimbursement rate.
